Metro bank is reasonable bank to obtain an account

Because metro bank doesn’t behave like most bank that requires so much from customers for just a simple bank account which is even beneficial for both parties,the economy and for the reputation of the world banking system and its true trust. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Unlock account

Frustrated when account was locked as can't proceed the payment. Called Metro Bank suprisingly it not like other banks that my call was picked up very soon and my problem was solved immediately. Their process was smooth and fast but it won't happen only once a while as I had the same problem on a day and Metro Bank each time provided same effective services Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Great customer care

The mere fact that I walked into the bank, opened an account and left with a debit card within a couple of hours, says a lot about how Metro bank operates. Metro bank offers an American style service standard. Telephone response is fast and responsive with no hanging about on the line listening to tense hold musak. I recommend them all the time. Amazing bank
