Fast and friendly

I switched to Metro bank because I was annoyed at never being to get to RBS during their opening hours. Metro is open every day and they have lolipops for my little girl. The staff are great and the experience is always a good one. Reviewed on: 4th November 2015

Overall Experience at Metro

When I opened a current account with Metro I was impressed that I could receive the card and pin there and then to be able to use, so I didn't need to wait around, however online banking was not so easy and helpful. I had to make several phone calls and went to the Metro Branch 5 times to get my online banking up and running. I understand they may had issues but the Head Office was not helpful as it was not very efficient of a bank to not be able to set up online banking Reviewed on: 26th August 2015

I switched to Metro because my previous bank always seemed to be closed. Metro is even open on Sunday, so I never have to miss time from work to go to the bank. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I have no complaints at all, they even have lollipops which my daughter loves! Reviewed on: 10th August 2015

Joined Metro bank to see just how good they really are. I must say I have been pleasantly blown away by how good they are. The feeling I get when walking into into the holborn branch isn't like any other bank I know. Staff actually want to be helpful. Overall highly recommended Reviewed on: 12th October 2014
