The best customer service I've seen in a bank in a long time

I've always been curious about Metro Bank, first bank to open on the high street in over a 100 years so I never opened an account due to worries. However 6 months ago I decided to become a Metro Bank customer and I wouldn't go back. At first I only opened the account as a current account on the side, however after receiving such fantastic customer service where everyone in the bank made me feel welcome and valued I switched my previous account to Metro Bank so they were my main bank. I've recommend Metro Bank to a lot of people now and all of them have also agreed and the majority have also opened an account aswell. Metro Bank is such a refreshing change to the banking industry and I'm glad I joined the revolution! Reviewed on: 18th January 2017

Excellent customer service

Account opening and handling

Did manage to open my current account immediately. Customer advisor was professional and knowledgeable. Got my debit card immediately after account creation. Easy to set up internet banking profile and try how it works at bank right after. Reviewed on: 28th December 2016

Like the instore experience

I made this account a while back all was pretty easy and the card was given to me the same day. Since i have only had a problem with entering my password online other then that it's been fine. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

not as good as i thought

i thought you were given a more personalized service but tried to open an account to transfer my other account over to and they were not as easy or quick or personal as I thought so have to reconsider my decision and go else where Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Amazing customer service with extended opening hours and friendly staff.

Metro bank offer extended opening hours including Sunday's! Making sporadic trips to the bank so much easier. They also had a free service changing coins into cash or paid into your account. An overall practical bank for busy working people. Reviewed on: 14th February 2016
