International Love for Metro Bank.

I have never had a better banking experience, I currently Live in Japan. And Upon leaving the UK I closed every one of my bank accounts apart from HSBC and Metro Bank! When it comes down to it, the staff at metro are the best, there always friendly, everyone is ready to help and there are always well informed about all of your needs- In the rare case that they arent they can always quickly find someone who can help you. I have plans to close my HSBC bank down after 15 years because of there incompetence, however, I can guarantee I will never close my Metro bank account. Banking with them is a pleasure. The best customer service I've seen in a bank in a long time

I've always been curious about Metro Bank, first bank to open on the high street in over a 100 years so I never opened an account due to worries. However 6 months ago I decided to become a Metro Bank customer and I wouldn't go back. At first I only opened the account as a current account on the side, however after receiving such fantastic customer service where everyone in the bank made me feel welcome and valued I switched my previous account to Metro Bank so they were my main bank. I've recommend Metro Bank to a lot of people now and all of them have also agreed and the majority have also opened an account aswell. Metro Bank is such a refreshing change to the banking industry and I'm glad I joined the revolution! Reviewed on: 18th January 2017
