Great Banking Service

Simply Excellent

I drove 100 miles to open my account and it was worth it. Whenever I'm in a branch of Metro, it's consistently great service. As the branches steadily expand northbound; I'm looking forward to the day that I can sack my existing bank. Reviewed on: 10th November 2017

Defies description

A cowboy bank that employ people directly from the Vicky pollard School of customer services with a high turnover of staff and average age being around 19 years old my experience has been damaging and I wouldn’t go near any Metro Branch unless it was the The underground of Paris !! Easy to use

Really easy to use. Bank cards printed there and then. Using a photo for identification. Decent app. No transaction fees in Europe for foreign currency. Open at reasonable times. Great bank but shame it is only in London. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

I went in to open my account. The executive was very warm and friendly. The best thing is assurance that my account will be open within a day, which many other banks couldnŠ—Èt, other banks gave me appointment after weeks l. Fantastic service

Metro Bank has excellent service, from the card and pub issues on the spot, to the UK call centre and the cash machines indoors. Oh and the money machines for converting your change for free! Simply fab! Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Awful bank

This bank seems like the best thing since sliced bread until you get into 6 months of the account, the issues then start. The call centre team are rude and useless. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017
