Great customer care

The mere fact that I walked into the bank, opened an account and left with a debit card within a couple of hours, says a lot about how Metro bank operates. Metro bank offers an American style service standard. Telephone response is fast and responsive with no hanging about on the line listening to tense hold musak. I recommend them all the time.
