Frustrated when account was locked as can't proceed the payment. Called Metro Bank suprisingly it not like other banks that my call was picked up very soon and my problem was solved immediately. Their process was smooth and fast but it won't happen only once a while as I had the same problem on a day and Metro Bank each time provided same effective services Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
