I been a victim of a fraud transaction from a fraud company named LUCKY2GO. I reported the same day to Metro bank, what happen was that metro bank let the money from pending to be released but never try to charge back. Now they restricted my joint account with my wife which we been clients since 2016 and rather than chasing the real criminals they are holding us ransom and with bills to pay, from rent to council tax and credit cards. The way we've been treated is abismal. Metro bank should work for the clients not to criminal fraud company's. I'll never trust Metro bank ever again and now i have to go to litigation with them through ombudsman to the bank of England. Unbelievable. Reviewed on: 9th November 2024

This is an absolutely amazing place to bank. The services are 10/10 and beautifully designed stores are opened 7days a week giving you peace of mind, flexibility and receive an excellent customer service experience at all times. I can proudly say this is a bank which puts customers at heart of everything they do and really takes good care of their local community. Additionally, you step in the store to open up an account and walk out with a debit card/cheque book in your hand. Inevitably, this is the reason the bank has grown and expanded rapidly within a short space of time since its inception. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Setting up an account for the first time with Metro was a far easier and more pleasant experience than with my other bank. The staff member was friendly and avoided complicated jargon and pressurised up-selling. I like the atmosphere in store, very customer focused. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
