Insurers From Hell

I fitted the device and all good. Decided to top up miles to be on the safe side and paid for 2000. extra miles. Teir next email failed to confirm top up. I had to query it to get confirmation of 2000 top up. Monthly usage emails. Then an email saying I was running out of miles. I replied that I wasn't. They replied that indeed I wasn't. No apology. Then an email saying I had run out of miles. I replied that I hadn't. They replied O yeah, you haven't. You still have **** miles left. Again, no apology. Absolutely the worst outfit I've ever come across. No wonder they're going out of business. Reviewed on: 9th January 2024

Cancelled insurance during coronavirus

They cancelled my insurance during coronavirus outbreak without any reason and I had three months till my insurance policy was to finish they just want the money, not worth getting insured with them, they cancel you when they feel like it Reviewed on: 18th April 2020

They will cancel your insurance before even making a call

I made the admin error of emailing them the wrong doc to verify my no-claims bonus. Their token attempt at sorting out the problem was neither to send one single email or make one single phone call. They posted a letter that I missed and my goose was well and truly cooked. They cancelled my insurance and refunded me the remaining months and refused to allow me to send the missing doc and have me back with them. Now every insurance company wants to overcharge me because I have been refused by one of their mates- regardless of the reason. Their policy was cheap- and so was their service- which has ended up being very expensive for the rest of my car-insuring days. Avoid! Reviewed on: 23rd March 2020

Worst Comapny in the World!

Morethan are a scam company that tried to over double my renewal price to £3000. They take advantage of young drivers and their customer service is useless. Its like speaking to a brick wall. They also scammed me of my no claims bonus and paid out someone on a claim where i was not at fault. Save your self the hassle and avoid this company for insurance. Reviewed on: 10th March 2020

Can never log in

I can never sign in to my account I have changed my password loads of times, then try to log in a few days later , and it want let me. I want to buy a new car, to change my details on my account is free, but ring up and the charge u £25 pounds. I think they do this on purpose. Useless

Had been waiting for my no claims for a week ,when I called again I explained I needed it as my new insurance would cancel me .I was told it would take 2 days to come through email , but no a week later ! And when I called and said it’s a joke other company’s do it there and then and asked to be put through to the department that do it I was told no ,if they ask again it’s going to take longer !!!!!!! The pros and cons

As a new young driver I took up the cheapest insurance which was more than smart wheels. To be honest, I can’t fault them for anything such as cancellations like others. My only fault with the ‘useage’ with the useage I just assumed it was just a curfew but later discovered you can only stop and start your car 6 times in 24 hours, you are also not allowed to drive long journeys, I got stuck in traffic one day after work coming home from my 25 minute journey took an hour and one minute to be exact and my useage score took the hit Curfew is 11pm to 5am which is better than most boxes. Speed tbh they let me go like 10mph over before marking me down Smoothness, couldn’t fault that and I’m not the best drivers, I question how I passed daily hah My only reason for cancelling was the useage as I like going on long journeys in the summer, and the 6 times stop and starting my car wasn’t convenient for me but if it is for you, I would recommend the box if you don’t mind the useable requirements Reviewed on: 29th January 2020

My insurance got cancelled due to me overlooking my policy details. My insurance got cancelled but I had great support and answers to my questions afterwards. Got an email a week later detailing my charges/fees which weren't much at all. Really good company. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020
