Useless

Had been waiting for my no claims for a week ,when I called again I explained I needed it as my new insurance would cancel me .I was told it would take 2 days to come through email , but no a week later ! And when I called and said it’s a joke other company’s do it there and then and asked to be put through to the department that do it I was told no ,if they ask again it’s going to take longer !!!!!!! When they finally sent it they sent it to the wrong email Address Reviewed on: 30th January 2020
