I fitted the device and all good. Decided to top up miles to be on the safe side and paid for 2000. extra miles. Teir next email failed to confirm top up. I had to query it to get confirmation of 2000 top up. Monthly usage emails. Then an email saying I was running out of miles. I replied that I wasn't. They replied that indeed I wasn't. No apology. Then an email saying I had run out of miles. I replied that I hadn't. They replied O yeah, you haven't. You still have **** miles left. Again, no apology. Absolutely the worst outfit I've ever come across. No wonder they're going out of business.
