Quick to approve and slow to support

Took out a car finance with Motonovo as they offered the cheapest interest rate and were highly recommended by dealership. A few months in an I’m trying to make extra payments and I cannot get through to anyone spending 1-2 hours a day just to get the same answer of I need to provide my own details which doesn’t feel safe. When trying to log in online the security is ridiculous password requirements are not great and cause issues and requiring a pin that can’t even be related to email or password just to stop you from getting in. Best and cheapest finance company
