Awful customer service, don’t have a clue what they’re doing and make your account unreasonably hard to manager and access. outdated service offering, don’t follow up on calls, useless. avoid the stress and inevitable time spent on the phone. Reviewed on: 7th August 2024

Bunch of comedians running a circus.

Wasted time trying to sort out finance for a furniture purchase for £77 a month. After 3-4 days of the spanish inquisition regarding my finances I gave up. Bank statements, payslips and Tax Returns were not enough for them - they wanted more. It was easier getting a mortgage for my house. Honestly I can not comprehend what these guys are up to - I have a perfect credit score of 1000/1000 and at one point had been approved for over £50,000 of credit cards. Only explanation I have...
