Happy with large purchase, 0% over few years

Used it to purchase sofas as it was one of the only finances available at 0% for a substantial period of time (think years). Haven’t had any problems with them, even returned one item and they highlighted how it had changed the amount. I get regular paper statements, which is good, but their lack of online services may be a bit challenging for some people; I needed to change my direct debit date and I had to phone them to do it as opposed to sorting it out myself with an o line account or something. Love it! Would recommend.

Love it! I always try and take advantage of the 0% four months for larger purchases especially now that they do a physical card for places that don’t accept PayPal online. I also get points back on my purchases and if I ever have a problem, it gets resolved quickly; it’s quite straightforward to contact customer services. It’s easy to monitor the movement of money too i.e. notifications for buying and returning, and any transfers, especially with the app. Reviewed on: 1st July 2026
