Have flex plus travel insurance. Flights got delayed and missed our international flights. There was 8 of us going, and all other banks insurance (4 different companies) paid out except nationwide. Theres a lot of smallprint they hide behind and customer service is poor Reviewed on: 7th November 2023

Having the ability to upgrade ans downgrade from a flex plus at will is such a useful tool, started driving brilliant ill upgrade. going on holiday next month I'll upgrade, don't need it when I get back no worried ilk down grade again. Oh no, I smash my phone, no worries I have a flex plus still I'll claim on the insurance... pesky internationally transaction fees... no worries I'm not being charged with my flex plus... such a useful and flexible price of equipment to switch in and out of as needed! I insured my phone with flex plus and I lost it.at the begging they didn’t want to believe I lost my phone at the end they accept it but they sent me an empty package and I couldn’t prove that I didn’t receive the phone.DO NOT OPEN FLEX PLUS ACCOUNT. Reviewed on: 25th July 2023

Very Little Insurance Cover

Our Holiday was cancelled due to the Travel Agent going into liquidation. The Nationwide Flexplus unbelievably wouldn’t cover us for this, so pretty useless insurance really. Reviewed on: 19th June 2023

Useless, a waste of time!

Today, Thursday - and having spent an interminable amount of time waiting on the phone until their phone options listed all kinds of everything (Surprised? Hahaha!)! the recording then happily told me UK Insurance have now decided to CLOSE their phonelines on Tuesdays & Thursdays - AND then hung up on me! A total waste of my time, thanks for nothing!
