Useful insurance products - if needed

Account and app works smoothly. £13 a month pays for breakdown (Europe) and family travel insurance. Have claimed (smoothly) on the breakdown service at home & abroad. Very useful. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Always helpful

When I called NW after realising I had fallen for a scam, they stayed on the phone with me until they could 100% assure me that my account was secured. It was out of usual hours but the staff stayed on the line with me for more than an hour until they were sure that I was ok. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Great service!
