I like the ability to approve purchases and the put yourself in the frame feature for extra security (almost failed it due to makeup!). I like the spending feature but would also appreciate 'pots' to compartmentalise my money (like starling) so I know how much I have left each month. My budget is no good if I have to check each budget item to ensure I have not gone over. Reviewed on: 25th March 2023

NatWest deserve more awareness

I moved from HSBC to NatWest, and to say it is a very good bank. I have never had an issue with either the app or the branch itself, I have always found it easy to maintain my budget as well as view my credit score easily which helped me quite a lot. NatWest doesn’t get the recognition it deserves, it has helped me when I had a student account with themselves as well. The extra Cora feature is also very helpful, and helps answer my queries within an hour or even sooner depending on what my query is. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
