Efficient friendly customer service and fantastic app

I have other bank accounts but my NatWest account is the one that stands out, staff are friendly and efficient, both online and in the bank itself. The App is excellent, I use it every day, it’s accessible and so simple to use. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Basically Brilliant

I have held my basic bank account with NatWest for over 17 years and have never had any issues whatsoever with it. It was easy to set up and manage my money as it still is. The staff at my local branch are always very friendly and helpful and all queries and information requests are handled in a timely manner with no problems.
