I do like banking with NatWest firstly I use mobile banking everyday keeps me in touch with my everyday in and outs and check all my bills are being paid on time , and paying friends and family by transfers . Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

I am a vulnerable customer and they always help me.

Because I'm a disabled and vulnerable customer and can get mixed up, they helped me by helping me set up this app. Now I know exactly how much money goes in and how much goes out. It really helps me.
