Basically Brilliant

I have held my basic bank account with NatWest for over 17 years and have never had any issues whatsoever with it. It was easy to set up and manage my money as it still is. The staff at my local branch are always very friendly and helpful and all queries and information requests are handled in a timely manner with no problems. Everything is always explained in a clear and straightforward way so that I can make informed decisions about my money. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

I do like banking with NatWest firstly I use mobile banking everyday keeps me in touch with my everyday in and outs and check all my bills are being paid on time , and paying friends and family by transfers . Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
