Had an account for 3 years and in that time I’ve found the customer service excellent. Everyone has been helpful and prompt in responding.the app is so easy to use even for this technophobe. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2025

Only used because I have to

Not great service offshore call centres always have trouble making myself understood. Just recently introduced a biometric validation system - drives me potty takes an age to get anything authorised. No branches near me so I can’t just pop in or take cheques for my business activity They use to be good something has gone wrong. I only bank with them now for my DDI transactions and everyday payments. I wouldn’t use them for anything else as it’s so difficult to talk to a human Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

First rate customer service

I was sceptical when I first signed up but I have been pleasantly surprised at the service I have received. The invoicing and payment services provided are brilliant and the ability to take snapshots of receipts is great. I’d happily recommend CountingUp to anyone starting up. It’s easy to use, informative and any questions asked are responded to promptly with a full explanation. Great bank (you won’t hear that often these days) and great customer service reps.
