Natwest will always treat you fair, with overdrafts, fees and customer care

Straightforward

Have always found their staff helpful and efficient. Been with Natwest for nearly 30 years and have no intention of leaving. They have been helpful with a loan once before, and I've changed my name and address a couple of times with no probs (unlike some other banks, etc I'm with). Reviewed on: 19th January 2016

No complaints. Love their mobile banking app.
