Reliable Banking with Real Support

Chase has been a fantastic experience from the start. Functional but Underwhelming

I opened an account with NatWest when I first moved to the UK — not out of preference, but because I needed an account with a mainstream bank. Since then, I’ve ended up with three accounts: a basic current account and two savings accounts. While everything works fine on a functional level, the overall experience feels a bit uninspired. The interest rates on savings are especially disappointing, making it hard to see much value in keeping multiple accounts with them. It does the job, but doesn’t offer much beyond the basics. I've been using Revolut for a while now and overall, it's been a smooth experience. The app is user-friendly, transfers are fast, and I like the budgeting tools and currency exchange rates.
