Easy banking (if done without a branch)

4
I have a basic account with Natwest and I have never had an issue, the internet banking is straightforward, the card has never been a problem, communication is an acceptable level, BUT if I do need a branch it proves difficult, here in Edinburgh, the CAPITAL city we have 1 branch! Which means I have to travel all the way in to a jam packed town, attempt to find a parking space all for 5 minutes in the bank, please make more branches Reviewed on: 8th January 2016

Since the Piggies

5
I have been with Natwest since I was 5 with the piggy accounts. Need I say more? Never felt the need to move Reviewed on: 8th January 2016

They always provide an excellent customer service experience. Their staff are polite and are knowledgeable about their products. Reviewed on: 29th December 2015

Never failed to recieve good service since the age of 11

5
I opened my first bank account with NatWest at the age of 11 and have chosen to remain a loyal customer of theirs as I have never experienced bad customer service or any sort of bad service, whether online banking or mobile banking or evening changing lost cards. I would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 29th December 2015

Lost Cards

5
Bearing in mind it's Christmas Eve and the queue was horrendous. The clearly overworked clerk took me into the office, made me a cup of tea and then cancelled both cards and ordered in replacements. Customer service was brilliant! Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Basic account

Been a long time user not a lot of contact in branch now a days as using online banking, good for storing cash & paying bills - no fee Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Does everything I need

4
I have kept a basic account despite constantly being asked to take an account where you pay a monthly fee. The benefits for the fee account aren't worth it for me and the basic account functions perfectly well, the online banking is easy to use and direct debits/payments etc take seconds to arrange. This account gives me everything I need Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Easy to use, basic set-up.

5
This account is perfect for simple everyday use. Simply put money in your account and withdraw when necessary. It's easy to use, easy to transfer money to others and perfect for on-line shopping . Definitely recommended this to about four people already! Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Easy Online Banking

5
I bank with multiple banks and NatWest's online banking is by far my favourite to use. The app is simple but informative on both my current account, and my credit card. It gives the ability to get cash from a NatWest ATM without the need to carry a debit card. The online banking website is straightforward and easy to use. It provides easy to view recent statements, and I can view accounts side by side if I like. Compared to other banks, NatWest have always been my favourite for online banking. The only reason I have dropped a star, is due to the need to use their little card reader when I have to add a new payee to my account. It's a bit fiddly but not really complicated. Lloyds method of using an automated call is preferable. Reviewed on: 12th December 2015
