Never failed to recieve good service since the age of 11

I opened my first bank account with NatWest at the age of 11 and have chosen to remain a loyal customer of theirs as I have never experienced bad customer service or any sort of bad service, whether online banking or mobile banking or evening changing lost cards. I would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 29th December 2015
