Excellent Customer Service, Always Delivers

Recently, I needed to review my balance, payments in and out and to transfer some money between my bank accounts, however I was unable to access my online banking, no idea why and neither my laptop, smartphone or tablet was allowing me to access the site via the website or the app. I called Natwest to enquire if there were any issues with internet banking, of which there were none. The Customer Service rep whom I spoke with was extremely friendly and fantastically helpful. They were able to provide me with the information I needed, made my transfer for me. They also helped me when I enquired about opening an account for my son and explained what I would need to do etc. I have never had an issue when contacting Natwest, very pleasent bank to deal with. Secured & easy as ABC

I really never encountered any problem with the app. Easy to use and navigate. I feel secure using it because there’s always notification every time I use my card. I can manage my standing order and when It want to pay someone. Overall it is easy peasy to use. Reviewed on: 26th March 2023
