I was with NatWest for a long time I join them when I was 16 years old and I was with the bank for 10 years like any bank you have your up and downs I had a very good Credit score with the bank it was 9 out of 10 I got Credit card easy and loans and overdraft as well I had ppi when I lost my job due to injury I could not work they bank did not help me out and I got my self in to Debt and my Credit score got damage it took the bank 8 months before they helped me out they need to put the Customers first and not profits that’s why the bank all most want bankrupt Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

Banking with Natwest for over 10 years.

Banking with Natwest for over 10 years. Proven to be reliable - with some helpful advise. They have adapted the App so has similar functionality to Monzo and feels like a new bank again. Cash ISA / Stocks and Share Isa seem behind other platform but overall happy with them. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Excellent mobile banking app

Mobile banking app is really easy to use. I can see the balance of all my accounts in one place and it is very easy to transfer funds between them. It is also very simple to manage standing orders and direct debits from the app. The app also makes cheque deposits and payment transfers very simple with effective use of face recognition. The ease of use and convenience of the app enables me to have full control of my bank accounts. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Quick and easy to switch banks, offer received swiftly, and it has a great app to use. The account comes with the option for a savings account which has a competitive interest rate of 6 percent up to £5000, but you can only put in £150 a month unfortunately! Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

The account is easy enough to use.
