Aaron needs to learn his customer skills

Just spoken to Aaron, my son was locked out of his online banking. Aaron was very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Wasn't helpful in the slightest. Disgusting as an advisor who is meant to help people! Reviewed on: 21st September 2024
