Outstanding

Right from the start they have been excellent highly professional and courteous any contact with them is straightforward you talk to a person who is knowledgeable and friendly they offer a very good product at a fair price Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Appalling service and uninformed staff,

Appalling service, I was told inaccurate info by staff if they were able to respond at all. Waited over 10days for a simple email response to an active incident. Telephone response time also dismal. Complaint team equally slow service and asking for details that should be available on their own records. Very disappointed and frustrated. Proffessional, couertious, fantastic service, and very good value.

Full cover and value

I have insured my car with NFU for the last three years. The cover they provide is second to none when compared to other insurers. Their team at the Sedgemoor office call me to check I am happy with he renewal and tweak any changes. Although this year is gge first year if has increased by about £60, ut is an acceptable increase given the cost of living. I also love they provide full RAC breakdown cover in their policies, another great company! Reviewed on: 9th October 2022
