Wildly escalating premiums, threadbare customer service

My premium has gone up nearly 70% since 2019 - and I'm now covered for less. Customer service is very mixed, ranging from OK to totally unresponsive. Lots of high-pressure marketing. Reviewed on: 6th September 2022
