The friendliest easy to access customer service team, which could not be more helpful. This is the first enjoyable insurance experience I have had which makes the process 'hassle-free' from the beginning to the end. The nifty on-line portal make your policy easy to adjust and clearly explains what level of cover you currently have. Everything an Insurance company should be, rivals take note! One call insurance is one call.

If I have ask about anything I’m not sure about there is always someone that is there to reassure me. As I have dementia it is hard for me to remember what I have been told so I also have written confirmation sent to me. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024
