Double checking Documents

I hadn't checked documents after taking out insurance. A staff member rung me to check happy with insurance sent me email to sign up and download documents. Very polite etc... and was 2/3 cheaper than other dog insurances... been insuring dogs for nearly 28 years. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My dog came down suddenly with severe haemorrhage gastroenteritis. Clearly in severe pain ,discomfort vomiting blood and watery bloody stool. Contacted vet they were closed ,but advised based on dog frothing at mouth clearly unwell to attend emergency vet hospital as could be fatal if not treated and condition deteriorated. Claimed 500 refunded £47. Advised not covered by out of hours as did not attend vet hospital for lifesaving treatment! Absolute farce. So my dog had a toe removed in 2023 unfortunately and I'm going to keep this very basic in 2025 he had another tie removed which I claimed for on the opposite foot yes please remember the opposite foot and I was told that because he had a toe off in 2023 on the opposite foot that could contribute to his problem in 2025 on the other foot I have been sent to four page document which is full of BS be very careful with this company and apparently I'm not the only one who's had problems like Reviewed on: 9th May 2025
