Price gouging when you click immediately to pay,different price by 120 pounds, customer service do nothing to help,no gesture of goodwill from this poor company,

I renewed my home insurance and the process was really easy and quick. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and I got an excellent deal.

I had one of the worst experiences ever with this insurance company. My car broke down on the motorway while I was driving with my small child, and I called them for help. It took me almost one hour just to get through on the phone, and then another hour waiting for the recovery truck to arrive. On my policy, I clearly have a courtesy car included, but when I asked for one, they told me that because I didn’t have an “accident”, only a breakdown, I wasn’t entitled to a courtesy car. I was left completely stranded with a child and no support at all. A few weeks later, my car broke down again, this time right in front of my house. I called the insurance company again, and they said my cover doesn’t include recovery from home — even though I was told I had breakdown cover! They literally said there’s nothing they can do. When I decided to cancel my insurance because I was paying for nothing, they didn’t even apologise. Instead, they charged me a cancellation fee, which is unbelievable after all the trouble they caused. Their prices may look cheap, but nothing is actually included. You’ll only find out what’s missing when something bad happens — and by then, it’s too late. Be very careful before choosing this company. Cheap isn’t always good. They are cheap for a reason! Nothing is included, and when you really need help, they’ll just tell you it’s not covered. Don’t be fooled by the low price – you’ll end up paying more in stress and frustration. Run away from this company. I was paying my direct debit as agreed to pay monthly. 3 months later I had to sale my van... Run away from this company. I was paying my direct debit as agreed to pay monthly. 3 months later I had to sale my van due to an electrical issue and I told them the policy needed to be cancelled. Not vehicle, not cover. On top of that not claims made either. She then came back saying that I will have to pay an early cancellation fee, this was £220!!! I told her they would not take a penny from me, then she threatened to take me to courts. I have made an official complaint against them and I am leading for this to be investigated from an independent inquiry. This is stealing in my view.
