Might be the Cheapest insurance but the customer journey is shocking. Paid for my insurance three weeks in advance, received one email asking for additional information by 20th January. On the 20th January 5 days because my policy even started i received an email to say my policy will be cancelled on the 28th January with no option to rectify this. I have since rang this insurance three times as i keep getting asked for more information and sent very misleading information. They’ve charged me an additional £80 and feel like this isn’t the end of there never ending requirement and badly worded scare mongering emails. God help me if i do have an accident in the next year as i dread having to deal with them. Please choose another provider i have never had this many issues in the 15 years i have had car insurance.
