The extra mile!!

It was an easy to navigate the site. When I had a problem paying with my card the customer service team got on the phone to help and made the process much simpler. Courtesy call after i signed up for the policy, to which they made me understand what my policy is in full, what i can expect with there service and where to go if i needed to get in contact again. Very polite and patience with the questions i asked. Serivce is cost effective in comparrison to my previous insurance where i saved over £15 a month and got a higher level of coverage . Fully Recommend - Best Price and Features

They got me out of a sticky situation where my precious insurance company spiked my premium for no reason and I only had a few days to renew. The Customer Services were excellent as well…REAL/BRITISH PEOPLE!fully recommend. I was always a safe bet so I’m surprised the previous company didn’t want to hold on to me.
