Affordable an fully loaded policy

It wasn't the cheapest price I could have got for my car insurance but sure max has everything I need an not have to pay for any additional extras it's the first time in many years that this has been the case Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

Great Value & Customer Service

It was that time of year again and the Car Insurance renewal was due, but as always I check around for new quotes. Sure thing came up not the cheapest but definitely not expensive as the option I chose for an extra £20 I got a dash cam from Halfords that was worth £64 included. I sent my NCD Proof over via email and a few minutes later my policy was ready and the discount code and instructions on how to claim my Dash Cam. A few days later I received a Phone call from customer services inquiring if everything was satisfactory and that I had collected the Dash Cam, in my opinion great service. Bad service

They have upped my premium three times, once a house move, second a cancellation that should not have been and third they said I had not disclosed an totting up ban when I did, twice. I have now waited over six weeks for them to respond to my complaint. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017
