Bad service

They have upped my premium three times, once a house move, second a cancellation that should not have been and third they said I had not disclosed an totting up ban when I did, twice. I have now waited over six weeks for them to respond to my complaint. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

Excellent company

A lot cheaper than my previous provider, simply e mail my readings every month. Never had a problem. Glad I switched a few years ago. Reviewed on: 30th July 2017
