Suspicious number of 1-star reviews

I’m a consumer journalist and have two fixed rate accounts and a number of easy access accounts with RCI. I have been an RCI customer for around eight years and have never had an issue with them. I find it more than a little suspicious that so many 1-star reviews have been posted over such a short space of time recently. By the simple law of averages, there should be at least a number of 2-star and more reviews mixed in with the unending list of 1-star reviews! Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Same rates as new customers, always a welcome change.

Been with RCI for years, unfortunately interest rates have plummeted and varied over this time. Good thing is when they go up you get the same rate as new customers. Something other banks fall short on. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
