Revolut is an e-money institution which means you can take out an everyday account to manage your money in a range of ways.

You can send, spend, receive and hold a range of currencies. Customers get a physical debit card for everyday spending, a virtual card and a single-use virtual card that resets its details each time you use it.

Good app

Revolut, my first and most preferred online banking app, has been amazing. From the customer service team to other areas, it has been good, and I would definitely recommend this to my family if they weren’t already using it. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Customer service is very good.

Customer service is very good. In a couple of cases when I had issues, the response was quick and helpful. The operators were client-oriented and friendly. I often receive interesting offers. The only minor problem is transferring money from Revolut to, in my case, NatWest. Not only does Revolut charge a fee but the the transaction might take up to 30 minutes.
