Local Branch Closed

My local branch has closed and I'm told my nearest one is now bus ride away. Being elderly with limited mobility this is a problem for me. But Santander don't give a toss! Time to move banks methinks. Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

Santander blocked account with no reason given

Santander blocked my business account for a week now, wont give valid reason. Have provided them with copies of business invoices, IDS etc. Am small one person business, cant survive without my business account. Say no timeframe to unblock! They just say underview and cant say when I can access my funds again. Am totally innocent yet being treated like a criminal. Reviewed on: 8th November 2019

Well been on phone for about 5 hours. They have this automated bitch speaking to me she’s annoying and squeaky to fuck. Like I acc care I’m waiting like I don’t know too?
