Easy to use and a good app!

The credit card has been so simple to use, customer service is great and the app is so simple to use. Cashback is great too so all in all I couldn't improve it. Reviewed on: 17th May 2016

Simple easy

Went into branch to enquired about using my card abroad. I was told that there would be charges, but to call their helpline to get up to date charges and fees. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Simple to apply for

I went into the branch and I was pre approved for a 3 2 1 Credit card as I already have a 3 2 1 account it was simple and easy and I have been told it will be posted to me in a matter of days. Fantastic service, also gives me cash back on what I buy in the shops and I can have it for 6 months free of charge. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Was good now rubbish

It was a good idea for £2 you gained cash back on various debits however putting the fee up has made it marginal at best and could easily cost you money if it goes up again so will be leaving if it does, Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

Encourages debt

I was not really sure what it was but after being told that I could gain by using this card I agreed.However my monthly payments were dropping and I used the card to pay for petrol and the like.Now I am in debt! Reviewed on: 15th January 2016

Good choice for cashback

A decent credit card for cashback on purchases. Supermarket shopping and petrol spend outweighs the monthly cost. Note that fees are going up soon. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

great rewards

I use this card for day to day spending and pay off in full each month. The rewards build up and I see cashback every month. When I lost my card the service was excellent, reassuring and professional. Very happy with. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Not worth the £5 monthly fee

The Santander 321 credit card sounds a good idea, but unless you use a lot of petrol/diesel ( Of which you get 3% back) it is not worth the additional cost as you get so few rewards, If looking for a reward credit card try American Express Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
