Excellent service and hassle free

My Santander credit card gives cashback on all of my purchases. I had an issue where my card was lost and it was rectified immediately after one 4 minute phone call. The service was friendly and professional and superior to that of my previous provider. I have never had any issues with the card being accepted and would recommend the card to friends and family. I use this card for day to day spending and pay off in full each month. The rewards build up and I see cashback every month. When I lost my card the service was excellent, reassuring and professional. Very happy with. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
