Current account

Very bad customer service, not very professional. Reviewed on: 27th December 2016

No problems, but less attractive than it was

I took out the 123 credit card on a long interest-free offer which is still running. Overall I have been very happy with it, but the increased charges and reduced cashback offer may make me look around once the interest-free term expires in a few months. Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

it's OK

Was good but getting worse

Not happy the rate is dropping soon

Great

Good for the 0% for two years , not sure if I will continue after but has been good to use and i get the cash back to cover the cost of the card which is 3 pound a month Reviewed on: 18th December 2016

Poor customer service
