Good if you make sufficient use of it

The Santander 123 Credit Card is handy if you shop regularly with it as you get cash back. As I hardly use it, it is not really worth the monthly fee for me, so it is important to consider whether the benefits outweigh the costs before you decide to take it out. The policy is clear though when you do decide to go for it. Reviewed on: 6th September 2016

Monthly fee increased

The fee has increased on this credit card. At the moment the cashback I receive more than covers this but as there have been big changes on the 123 current account I am unsure if there will be more changes to come. Reviewed on: 1st September 2016

Great card with cash back on purchases

Over the past year I have been even more impressed with my Santander Cashback Credit Card. As well as the 1-3% cashback on purchases, they also have a feature called My Offers where you can choose retailers to get even more cashback from. In the last month I made about £10 back on my purchases! I have had no issues with the account at all, in fact the only negative I would say is that they won't increase my credit limit to the level that some other banks will. Communication for the account has been absolutely fine and I have received responses whenever I have sent queries by online messaging. Reviewed on: 1st September 2016

Excellent service and hassle free

My Santander credit card gives cashback on all of my purchases. I had an issue where my card was lost and it was rectified immediately after one 4 minute phone call. The service was friendly and professional and superior to that of my previous provider. I have never had any issues with the card being accepted and would recommend the card to friends and family. Good customer service

The Santander credit card has a good level of interest rate and does not charge any interest if you pay the balance off in full. As a Mastercard it is accepted in most shops and locations. i have only had to contact their customer service department once and got through quickly and they were very helpful. 123 account is the best current account

I recently changed my current account to the 123 current account. I am very pleased with the 3% interest on my balance and the cash back received for any direct debits. Reviewed on: 18th July 2016
