Definitely would recommended First Direct to family, friends and people I don’t know!! They answer the phones within 10 seconds when you call and you always speak to an actual real person. I’ve never had to wait on hold for 10 or 15 minutes like I have with other banks. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2019
