Brilliant

I have banked with Santander for over 25yrs and honestly a great bank never any issues regarding contacting them and they mobile app is excellent Reviewed on: 20th January 2024

Local Branch Phone Number is a Premium Rate Number

My local Santander branch in West Bridgford, Nottingham left a message to ring them. I rang and a 13 minute call, for some of which I was on hold, cost £4, as it is a premium rate 05511 number. Why are Santander using Premium rate numbers? Reviewed on: 3rd January 2024
