Shambolic

Been with Santander for 13 years my card has been lost or stolen,hard to know after 3/4 days of trying to get through to Robots...I did eventually get through to their ' fraud' dept...I thought they would be assertive,willing to help &;above all friendly!! She was none of these I mean it was 9 o'clock in the morning bless her,probably had a row with her other half or a night on the lash! Either way her response in a broad liverpool accent was ' calm down'...Harry Enfield springs to mind! Reviewed on: 27th August 2023
