Definitely not recommended

Internal communications are virtually non existent. Staff are, in the main, very poorly trained in their field of 'expertise' and incompetent. Automated systems are not updated to reflect the customer's current situation. Account closure without providing a reason. High foreign exchange fees. Long wait times to speak to customer service. That said, the Facebook department are very helpful. Reviewed on: 14th April 2024

All good, highly recommended

Push notifications are very fast after making purchases, this is a useful feature. Exchange rates are better than average for foreign currency transactions. Crypto acquisitions are very easy as is checking their current value on the app. The app itself is well designed and has many useful functions. Customer for 9 months now, no negative points to report, highly recommended as an online bank. Reviewed on: 14th April 2024

Push notifications after purchasing with debit card are instant, I find this very useful. International transfers are extremely fast and when withdrawing foreign currency abroad, the rate is very competitive. On the occasions I have used customer services, they were very quick to respond, courteous and helpful. No negative points to mention. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2024
