Complaint procedure

Terrible experience trying to get them to resolve a complaint about a failure of theit system. They have restricted my bank access as a result and their complaint team are indifferent and incompetent Reviewed on: 1st July 2026

Everything Brilliant

Interest on my account, cash back on utilities, only £500 a month needs to go in the account. There’s always somebody available on line, in branch or at the end of a phone line to help. Honest advice - discouraged me from having an unnecessary credit card. Offered me home insurance at a much cheaper rate than other companies. Reviewed on: 18th June 2026

Long term Santander Account

I have had Santander accounts for over 10 years now and always found them to be of good service. The only downside I have encountered is the telephone service, it can be difficult to contact at times. Otherwise I would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 18th April 2026
