Reliable, efficient, timely

My experience with SBS is limited to the post and the telephone. I will say that the Society deals with all matters in a timely and efficient manner and on the occassions that I have rung the call was answered promptly as I was dealt with in a courteous and efficient manner. Friendly, local, mutual

In branch service review

Friendly, professional, personal

I am 77 years old and do not trust the internet (I can only access it at a local library). Therefore I absolutely have a face-to-face relationship. It is much more secure against risk, i.e. internet related fraud. My fixed rate ISA is a face-to-face product, only available to members. Reviewed on: 19th August 2024
