Great customer service and friendly staff

As I visited my local branch today (Glasgow) the staff were ever so helpful, and couldn’t be nicer with the questions that I had for them. However, on this visit, I enquired if the manager was about, the answer was no. The staff appeared more relaxed and there was a better atmosphere within the branch to what I have felt on other occasions, recently. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2026

Absolutely excellent!

I had trouble logging in to the online system so called the support number and spoke with Katie in Troon and she tried to help over the phone and then invited me to the Troon branch.
